Terms and Conditions
1. Prices
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in tax rates or other governmental charges.
2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Traveling with Minors
Children below 7 years of age are allowed to stay free of charge when using existing bedding except in Petite Rooms and Bunk Rooms, which are not suitable for young children.
4. Accessibility or Special Needs
Nest Hotel Singapore strives to accommodate guests with special needs. Please inform us in advance of any specific requirements to allow us to make suitable arrangements, subject to availability.
5. Dispute Resolution / Issues
Guests are encouraged to report any issues to the front desk immediately for resolution. In the event of an unresolved dispute, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
6. Use of Personal Information
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, primarily for reservation and guest service purposes. By booking a stay, you consent to this use and to receive occasional updates and offers from us, unless you opt out.
7. Liability
Nest Hotel Singapore will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, unless directly caused by the gross negligence of the hotel or its staff.
8. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or utility failures.
9. No Smoking Policy
Nest Hotel Singapore maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all guest rooms, corridors, and enclosed public areas. A cleaning fee of SGD 200 will be charged for any violation of this policy.
10. No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the hotel premises. Exceptions apply only for service animals with valid certification, and prior notice must be provided.
11. Kettle Usage
Electric kettles provided in guest rooms are strictly for boiling water only. Use of kettles to cook food, boil eggs, or prepare substances other than water is prohibited. A cleaning fee of SGD 50 will be charged for any misuse.
12. Third Party Rights
No person other than the contracting parties shall have any rights to enforce any of these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore.
13. Waiver
Failure by the hotel to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
14. Severance
- If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
